Dr. Louis Mariotti, DO
Board-Certified Facial Plastic & Head and Neck Surgeon
Fellowship-Trained in Hair Restoration Medicine & Surgery

Dr. Louis Mariotti is a board-certified facial plastic and head and neck surgeon with advanced fellowship training in hair restoration medicine and surgery. As part of the inaugural class of a hospital-affiliated hair restoration fellowship, he received comprehensive, hands-on training with a strong focus on advanced surgical techniques. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.

With more than three decades of medical experience, Dr. Mariotti is widely respected for both his surgical skill and his dedication to advancing the field. He has lectured and trained surgeons at facial plastic surgery conferences across the United States and internationally, and he served as a featured speaker at the AOCOO-HNS Annual Meeting for nine consecutive years.

Dr. Mariotti also spent six years on the AOCOO-HNS Board of Examiners, where he contributed to the development and administration of board certification exams for surgeons in his specialty. He currently serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and is actively involved in clinical education through The Wright Center Family Practice Residency Program.

A third-generation hair expert, Dr. Mariotti’s passion for hair and aesthetics is rooted in family tradition. His grandfather, a Sicilian-born master hairdresser, founded a cosmetology school that was later continued by his uncle. This heritage of artistry and precision is reflected in Dr. Mariotti’s meticulous approach and refined aesthetic eye. Outside of medicine, he is also an accomplished furniture designer and master woodworker—further demonstrating the craftsmanship and attention to detail he brings to every procedure.
